Herbalicious Ice Creams are made the old school way: in small batches, with organic local herbs and no Preservatives
We source most of our herbs from Herbs for Healing, an organic herb garden in Barnsley, near Cirencester. In addition to our herbal ice creams, we also make classic flavours, and vegan and dairy free varieties. We're always coming up with new seasonal ice creams so keep an eye on our flavours page for updates!
Our fleet of bespoke ice cream trailers are perfect for all sorts of events, from weddings and garden parties to lazy sunday gatherings. We also deliver in bulk to cafés, pubs and other small businesses. Please use the Contact Us page or email email@example.com to get in touch about bookings.
Keeping our products environmentally sustainable is central to our mission. The ice creams are as often as possible made using solar power and all our packaging is totally bio-degradable!

Rosemary and Rose: whole milk, double cream, free-range egg yolks, fairtrade brown sugar, rosemary, rosewater.
Vanilla Custard: whole milk, double cream, free-range egg yolks, vanilla custard (buttermilk, caster sugar, organic vanilla bean paste/vanilla pods, eggs, whole milk, corn flower).
Sugar Free Strawberry Sorbet: fresh strawberries, chickpea water, organic agave.
Vegan Peanut Butter: toasted almond milk, smooth peanut butter, fairtrade brown sugar, salt.
Dairy Free Coconut: coconut milk, coconut cream, organic coconut sugar, vanilla extract.
Apricot Lemon Verbena: fresh apricots, orange juice, organic lemon verbena, free range egg yolk, sugar, lime and lime zest.
Mint Chocolate Chip: free range egg yolk, whole milk, double cream, sugar, mint, fairtrade chocolate.
Fennel and Gin: free range egg yolk, whole milk, double cream, sugar, organic fennel, gin.
Rhubarb and Sorrel: organic rhubarb, organic sorrel, free range egg yolk, whole milk, double cream, sugar.
Dandelion and Orange: organic dandelion petals, orange extract free range egg yolk, whole milk, double cream, sugar.
Chocolate Banana: Fairtrade 70% chocolate, fairtrade banana, egg yolk, whole milk, double cream, sugar.
Black Bean Ginger Maple: Black beans, orange juice and zest, brown sugar, whole milk, coconut milk, full fat cream, fresh ginger, canadian maple sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolk, whole milk, double cream.
Beetroot and Basil: egg yolk, whole milk, double cream, sugar, beets, fresh basil.
Matcha Goats Milk Honey: organic goats milk, egg yolks, whole milk, double cream, organic ceremonial grade japanese matcha, organic honey.
Gooseberry Blackcurrant: egg yolks, whole milk, double cream, sugar, gooseberries, blackcurrants.
Plum and Cassis: egg yolks, whole milk, double cream, sugar, plums, fermented blackcurrants.
